Process Manager
Engineer (Plastics Technology, Chemical, Mechanical or
Electrical); min. of 10 yrs. experience in Production or
Process Department, and reporting to Plant Manager.
Responsible for all production and its
related activities on the shop floor BOPP line, Slitting
and Metalizing; achieving targeted production with the
minimal rejection and rework; responsible for the raw
material, production, slitting, metalizing, as needed,
and packing planning, as per the sales order
requirements, and responsible for achieving the budgeted
targets of the shop floor. The candidate must be well
experienced to manage and operate a high speed BOPP
plant, and conversant with all the production techniques
of BOPP Plant, Slitting and Metalizing.
Assistant Process Manager
Engineer (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or
Bachelor of Science with post-graduate diploma from
CIPET India or equivalent; min. of 5 years experience,
and reporting to Process Manager.
Assisting the Process Manager in all aspects of shop
floor activities of the BOPP plant, Slitting, Metalizing,
and Packing; co-partner in the responsibility to achieve
the targets on the shop floor, and in manpower
scheduling and achieving the required outputs on the
machines. The candidate must be experienced in BOPP
Plant assisting the Production or Process Department
Head.
Production Officer
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or
Bachelor of Science with post-graduate diploma from
CIPET India or equivalent, min. of 5 yrs. experience,
and reporting to Process Manager.
Preparation of all production data for analysis and for
order tracking; assisting the Assistant Process Manager
for manpower scheduling; analyzing all production
consumable requirements based on orders, and arranging
the same with Store and Purchase Department in close
coordination. The candidate must be experienced in BOPP
Plant in the Production or Process Department taking
care of the day to day production activities on the shop
floor.
Supervisors (Slitting & Metalizing)
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or
Bachelor of Science with post-graduate diploma from
CIPET India or equivalent; min. of 5 yrs. experience,
and reporting to Assistant Process Manager.
Managing the shop floor team in achieving the targeted
production on the respective machines; maintaining the
quality of the end-products as per specification;
controlling the wastage during production and optimal
usage of all consumables on the shop floor on the
respective area of production. The candidate must be
experienced in BOPP Plant in the Plant Operation,
Slitting Department and Metalizing Department taking
care of the production on the respective machines.
Persons with lesser qualification but with long years of
experience will also be considered.
Supervisor (Quality Control)
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or post-graduate
diploma from CIPET India or equivalent; min. of 5 yrs.
experience in the Quality Control Department of a BOPP
plant, and reporting to QC Manager.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of all
end-products as per specification guidelines for the
respective machines; reporting any non-conformity to the
concerned supervisors and plant operators of the
respective machine; maintaining the required data
collection of all samples for future testing and
reference. The candidate must be well conversant in
handling quality control procedures and equipment in a
BOPP QC laboratory. Persons with lesser qualification
but with long years of experience will also be
considered.
Supervisor (Packing)
Bachelor of Science/Arts with min. of 5 yrs. experience,
or ITI with over 10 yrs experience in the Packing
Department of a BOPP plant, and reporting to Assistant
Process Manager. Coordinate
with the Assistant Process Manager and Production
Officer regarding necessary planning for all packing
consumables and requirement which needs to be maintained
to avoid shortage of items on the shop floor, and
responsible in ensuring that all materials leaving the
factory are well packed and free from damage. The
candidate must be experienced in BOPP Plant, Packing
Department.
Quality Control Analyst
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or post-graduate
diploma from CIPET India or equivalent; min. of 5 yrs.
experience in the Quality Department of a BOPP plant,
and reporting to QC Manager.
Analysis of all parameters of the end-product at various
stages and reporting non-conformity to shift production
personnel; checking all quality parameters and giving
the required feedback to shift supervisors and
operators, and collection of samples from each machine
for future analysis and reference. The candidate must
be well conversant in handling quality control
procedures and equipment in the QC Laboratory of a BOPP
Plant. Persons with lesser qualification but with long
years of experience will also be considered.
Plant Operators (Slitting & Metalizing)
ITI
(Mechanical or Electrical); min. of 5 yrs. experience in
the Slitting or Metalizing Department of a BOPP plant,
and reporting to Supervisors (BOPP Plant, Slitting &
Metalizing).
Responsible for all production activities on the
respective machines to achieve the production targets
and quality of the end-product; required to participate
on the maintenance of the machines and responsible for
the cleanliness of the equipment. The candidate must be
well experienced in BOPP Plant in the Plant Operation,
Slitting Department and Metalizing Department taking
care of the operation of the respective machines.
Persons with lesser qualification but with long years of
experience will also be considered.
Plant Helpers (Slitting & Metalizing)
ITI
(Mechanical or Electrical); min. of 3 yrs. experience in
the Slitting or Metalizing Department of a BOPP plant,
and reporting to Supervisors (BOPP Plant, Slitting &
Metalizing).
Assisting the plant operators on the effective running
of their respective machines; ensure the maintenance of
product quality at all stages of the production;
carrying out all duties assigned by the plant operators
and supervisors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the
equipment.
Plant Mechanics
ITI (Mechanical); min. of 5 yrs. experience in the
Mechanical Maintenance Department of a BOPP Plant, and
reporting to Maintenance Manager.
Carrying out all the required mechanical maintenance
checks on the machines as per schedule; responsible for
all preventive and proactive mechanical maintenance
schedules on the machines as per instruction of the
Maintenance Manager. The candidate must be attentive to
any input provided by the shift plant personnel which
can avoid breakdown of the equipment, and must be well
experienced in all aspects of maintenance of BOPP line,
Slitting, Metalizing and utility equipment.
Plant Electrician
ITI
(Electrical/Instrumentation); min. of 5 yrs. experience
in the Electrical Department of a BOPP plant, and
reporting to Maintenance Manager.
Carrying out all the required electrical maintenance
checks on the machines as per schedule of each machine;
responsible for all preventive and proactive electrical
maintenance schedules of each machine, as per
instruction of the Maintenance Manager. The candidate
must be attentive to any input provided by the shift
plant personnel which can avoid breakdown of the
equipment, and must be well experienced in all aspects
of maintenance of BOPP line, Slitting, Metalizing and
utility equipment.
Plant Utility Operators
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI (Mechanical);
min. of 5 yrs. experience in the operation and
maintenance of utility equipment like DG sets, chillers
and air-compressors, air handling units, etc., and
reporting to Maintenance Manager.
Responsible for all effective running of all utility
equipment in the plant; carrying out all the required
mechanical maintenance checks on the utility machines as
per schedule; responsible for all preventive and
proactive mechanical maintenance schedules of utility
machines per instruction of the Maintenance Manager.
